Orders and cancellations

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days. The 7 working days starts on the day after the day you receive your item(s). You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing by email within this period. On receipt of your returns request, we will provide you with a returns number.

Returns Policy

Please return your item(s) to us in their original packaging as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from receipt of order. Please follow the instructions provided in the returns policy section. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and if item(s) are lost or damaged in transit, we may not provide refunds for the returns. We aim to process the refund within 5-10 working days of receiving your parcel.

All items are sold in Pounds Sterling (GBP) only.
