Refund policy

We do hope you are happy with our products. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please email us on returns@aaweareeco.com.

  1. Our Returns Policy does not affect your legal rights including your right to return faulty products
  2. Returns can be made within 30 days of the receipt of your order
  3. Full or Partial Refunds can only be made to the original method of payment used for the original order
  4. Please return the items in the original poly bag and cardboard box packaging. You can open the poly bag and reseal without tearing the polybag.  Otherwise a refund may not be authorised.

 

How to return items?

Please contact us on returns@aaweareeco.com providing the order number, order date, item being returned and reason for return.

  1. Once we have accepted the returns, we will provide you with a returns number.
  2. On receipt of the returns number, please place the item in the original poly bag and reseal the polybag, and ensure the poly bag is not torn. Place the bagged item in the original card box packaging and seal the card box. Please send the returns as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from receipt of order. 
  3. Take the returns to your local post office with the returns label provided or use the QR code. Please keep your proof of posting until the returns has been confirmed and completed.
  4. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the returns during transit and if item(s) are lost or damaged in transit, we may not provide refunds for the returns.
  5. We aim to process the returns within 5-10 working days of receiving your items.
  6. We will email you to let you know when we complete the refund.
  7. All refunds are via the original method of payment. It typically takes 3 – 5 working days from the date we make the refund for it to appear back on your cards but this may vary depending on the issuer.
